“Lately the state of my health was slowly declining. My life was mainly based around my family and household duties, and it was lacking physical activity, regular sleeping pattern, self care, social life and fun in general. So, after my health got to it’s lowest point I finally found a functional medicine practitioner who after careful diagnosis prescribed me a treatment program, which was primarily based around adjusting my diet. I was very worried I couldn’t do it on my own and make these changes sustainably. So the doctor forwarded me to Nicki, my lovely health coach. She was so wonderful and helpful from the 1st session. She always gave very useful recommendations, and helped to set up my new nutritional plan. After the 1st month I lost 5.3 kg and my gut health got so much better.
